Hello, I'm looking for a cartoon I saw potentially on cartoon network in the UK during the early 2000s. I'm not sure if it was an American cartoon or Japanese animation as Cartoon Network did show both back then. It was a single episode and was about a boy who finds a small robot and later discovers the robot is being chased by a dinosaur robot.There was a little theme song at the beginning of the cartoon and the only thing I can remember from the theme song was he said something along the lines of "at the kid's university!". I remember one segment where it switched to live-action to show a city made of cardboard and there was a stick-person made of pipe cleaner in a swimming pool at ...I think it was part of a cartoon variety show in the early-mid 90s with shorter skits where each cartoon was maybe 5-10 minutes long. I used to watch a cartoon where the protagonist (a male, blonde iirc, used to wear a white tshirt and open red vest I think) had a watch on his wrist that gave him physical items that helped him on his missions. He'd use the watch and it would show a hologram ...the yellow haired kid fails to use his powers while playing football but he then soon realizes that after he shaped hit hand in a triangular manner he was able to use his power and shoot the power powerfully. I believe his friends had powers but I can't seem to remember theirs. Best of luck to anyone who can't remember I just hope I wasn ....
